STRETCHED OUT LIMOUSINES - CONDITIONS OF CARRIAGE

All limousines are legally restricted to eight (8) passengers irrespective of age. It's the law.

Smoking and chewing gum, food and party poppers are not allowed inside the vehicle.

Hire times must be strictly adhered to any additional charges to be paid to the driver in cash, in the event of non payment charge will be deducted from credit card.

Damage caused to the vehicle will be charged to the hirer, charged as above.

In the unlikely event of a breakdown, Stretched Out Limousines reserve the right to supply an alternative vehicle.

Stretched Out Limousines accept no responsibility for delays due to adverse weather, accidents or similar.

Feet must remain on the floor at all times, placement of feet on any part of the limousines fixtures and fittings will sanction immediate termination of hire.

The vehicle and the driver will be treated with consideration at all times, failure to do so will sanction immediate termination of hire.

All balances to be paid to the driver in cash at the start of hire, failure to do so will sanction immediate termination of hire.

Children under the age of 15 years must be accompanied by a supervising adult for safety reasons.

Vomiting inside the vehicle will result in a minimum charge of £100.00 for full valet.

Stretched Out Limousines reserve the right to terminate hire at any time. No refunds will be payable for breach of contract.
